A range of 128-135 when taking the test twice gives you a great chance of scoring in the top 2% when taking a valid IQ test. The Norwegian online test is very good, actually. I know personally the guy who has developed it, and know for a fact that he has normed the results with valid IQ test results for wide range of test-takers.
Basically wondering if Mensa is worth a shot and for a general estimate. Here are my scores from the tests I’ve taken so far: Mensa Norway (2x): 128,131 Mensa DK: 126 Icar60: 48/60 (130.228) WAIS IV Symbol Search: 57/60 (140.57) WAIS IV Digit Span: 40 (15 forward, 14 backwards, 11 sequencing) 128.8: distractions during sequencing.
yes, I get what you are saying, but I have seen several people like scoring in the 145-150 range on professional test(yes including the WAIS-IV, only PRI tho), and scored like 135 on Norway. Sure even the condition, mood, sleep of that person depends too.
Many of them have also been wondering what the exact IQ of their reports are. However American Mensa doesn't provide IQ scores, except raw scores. I took the RAIT a few years ago with Australian Mensa (the same test). Happily, Australian Mensa does provide the IQ scores :) but I had to pay an extra 55 AUD for the full report.
An IQ of 124 on an SD 16 test is something like 97th percentile and suggests good aptitude at most technical jobs and good potential for excellence in academia. Obviously only study a Math major if the quantitative ability is there, and a Phil major only if the verbal ability is there, and so on. You could exist.
Yes it was a criticism , as it's roughly 50% higher than my average for such tests. I got a similar inflated score with Mensa Norway. Your explanation that both tests are geared to measuring at the high end of the IQ scale goes a long way to explaining why. Below a certain threshold the accuracy is very much in doubt.

I took two online mensas norway and denmark got completely different results. So i took two of the free online mensa. For Denmark, I got a score of 123 and Norway 107. My friend did it as well and got 109 for Norway and 115 for Denmark. Idk if one is more accurate than the other, but what's your experience with these tests and their results? 3.
Over a year ago, I took the Mensa Norway test for the first time and I scored 107. I took the Denmark version for the first time a couple months ago and scored 108, and the U.S. Army Test today and got 106. What surprises me is that 3 different (online) tests that I took months apart all agree that my IQ is a few points above average.

Mensa norway also isnt the test you should be using to get "accurate" result. Its a 25 minutes/35 question test FFS. Its better at testing working memory (which is related to intelligence, but isnt its entirety) and speed of taking at test (which is probably more related/inversely related to personality traits like neoroticism and

Just take these two and have certainty about 95% for your JCTI scores and after you have your GIQ results multiply your iq by .04 which will give you how many points you should add and subtract from your iq to have a knowledge of your FSIQ range. for example, let's say you had 125 then 125*.04 will give you 5 points then your FSIQ is between
